TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WARNING. DANGER. Do not work for Hands Free Group USA or UK. You will not be treated well.

If I could put a zero star I would. Where do I even start? When you sign up with this company they tell you that once you get on board think your schedule is just going to fill up with jobs everyday. Nope that did not happen A lot of times I'd be lucky to get one job a week let alone more than one in a day there might have been a couple of weeks that I had a job per day and maybe even two jobs one day and skip a day and then one job the next it totally inconsistent you cannot support yourself working for hands-free. Then there's the team support that is supposed to be your go-to when you need help in the field getting work approved you got one guy that you're supposed to be able to call night or day and they love to never respond text or call and definitely not on the weekends. Their agreement is Net 30 pay schedule which makes no sense they wait to pay you because they have to see if their client is going to pay them. A real company would pay their guys who are the backbone of the company they would pay them every week for all the jobs they did that week regardless and that 30 makes me think they are cheap or broke or both. so you have to wait a whole month to get paid for whatever job you did and then the accounting department loves to change your invoice all the time and there's no communication between people in the office they don't know who quoted what to who and what they're charging for what nobody knows anything. I would have to wait net 40 ,10 days late sometimes at 37 , 7 days late. Most companies they bill for late fees if they don't pay during that 30 days you get billed for it time is money and if you can't meet the obligation you have to pay and when you start asking for your money like why haven't you been paid yet they ghost you and cut you loose. They would tell you one price just to get you to drive 900 mi round trip and then whenever you get back they would love to just change it. It wouldn't show gratitude or be appreciative or thank you for your work if you call them they would act like you're just a nuisance. They still owe me money
