I have to agree with the other reviewer. I ordered an expensive table over a month ago and it has not arrived. I have emailed them at least 10 times with no reply. Looks like I have been scammed over $250. There's a link to track your shipment on their website that doesn't work. I have search everywhere for a phone number but there isn't one.
This company is garbage. Complete and total scam. Do NOT waste your time and money on this site. I bought a table and have emailed them 3 times in the span of one month and they have yet to reach out to me. I can’t even report them to the Better Business Bureau because they don’t exist on the company database. Utter garbage. This type of stuff needs to be illegal. If you have a website promising 60 day money back guarantees and do not even respond to customers, what is even the point? I’m going to contact my credit card company and dispute this charge, but I doubt I’ll get my money back.
I saw several ads for a really cool looking, all in one, foldable picnic table on TikTok and Facebook. I decided to order a table for my vanlife adventures. Unfortunately, after receiving the table, I opened it immediately and two blue broken pieces fell out. The underside of the table is broken. I reached out to the company and only received one response where they requested photos. I was hoping to have the table replaced but then decided I'd rather a refund. Nevertheless, I heard nothing after I sent the photos. I have tried sever ways to reach them, on their site and via direct email, they have NO social media. Beware, this company is a scam. If there are positive reviews, it's likely their friends and relatives doing them a solid to boost sales. These people are trash and will not respond to replace or refund the item. They are Disgusting. Buyer beware! SCAM ALERT.
