The dash CarPlay unit I ordered was faulty. At first I thought it was the reverse camera - which they replaced immediately. When that arrived, I discovered it was actually the head unit that was at fault. Again, it was replaced immediately - no questions asked. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
