Poor unfortunately

Poor unfortunately. The product seems great when everything is fine but as soon as theres an issue there doesn't seem to be any help whatsoever.

I quite clearly ordered our cards with a 7mm drill hole. I selected the 7mm drill hole option. They were received instead received with a 3mm hole. We needed them in a rush so I had to make do and drill the holes myself. Despite delivering the incorrect cards they wont offer money off a future purchase let alone a refund.

This was our second order and we planned to make many more in the future, very disappointing.
