Great products, even greater support
I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, and I truly love Hemproutine’s products, they’re high-quality and effective.
What really impressed me this time, though, was the amazing customer service. My last order got lost by the postal service, and Leon from the support team handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and incredible speed. He immediately arranged a new shipment and made the whole situation stress-free.

CBD sleeping oil
I really like the sleeping oil, it really improve my sleep every time I use it.
My last order was a little bit chaotic due to issue with the postal service. But with the help of Leon at customer service, everything was resolved, with a little bonus !

Excellent shipping service. There was a misunderstanding with the products ordered, but customer support was very effective and understanding solving the problem in no time. To avoid future misunderstandings I recommend updating the product photos on the website. Now I just need to test the products that arrived!

Excellent best huile CBD
I’m using Hemproutine for awhile now and it’s the best CBD oil. I was using a company in Arizona and it was excellent but now living in France I found this company and it is excellent. I’m really recommended for anxiety, arthritis I used it for my dog too.

Problem solved
I recieved a bottle of cbd oil that was going to expire in 3 weeks (while it's supposed to last years). I mailed the support centre, they answered within a day (glad of it) and they offered to give me a refund or to send me a new bottle without any payment (i chose the second option and the shipping is on its way). I am happy at the end and the oil really helps me with stress time, reducing the anxiety i feel in my chest. I recommended it to many friends who want to try it
