Sam worked his magic on our Year 11 Leavers Yearbooks this year. They look incredible! From start to finish, Sam communicated brilliantly with us. The collation and sharing of all the content for the yearbook was easy and so much less complicated than other providers we had historically used. We cannot recommend Hankin Digital enough and have already signed up for next year's leavers already!

Our group had different levels of knowledge, and Sam navigated that expertly. We all left having learnt something new to apply almost immediately, and other things to consider longer term.

An amazing group training session!
Sam was great throughout the session, he got to know us and pick up our way of working, as well as showcasing Google workspace.
I also really loved the fact we could send over our knowledge levels pre meeting and give notes of what we would like to discuss.
I am also a sucker for freebies and we got some lovely merch before hand, including a great online safety card game for parents and kids which is so necessary right now.

Sam helped us upgrade from an old desktop to a lap top. He advised us on appropriate IT equipment to meet our needs.

In addition Sam advised on a mobile phone upgrade, & assisted with transferring data from an old phone to the new one.
Sam was able to visit & answer any queries & demonstrated aspects of how to use both.
Sam is very easy to talk to & explains things in a way we could understand.
We would recommend him to others & feel able to go back to him in future if needed.

Sam worked with us on a Google audit which was much overdue. After spending some time with our Network Manager, he worked remotely onsite and produced a fully comprehensive document identifying areas of action required categorising them by urgency and preference. This has enabled us to move towards a more secure and efficient use of Google Workspace. Thank you Sam for your speed, efficiency and superb communication.

Hankin Digital saved the day!
Our students have worked for over 100 hours to stage a Musical for sold out audiences. We had lots of video footage from the evenings (don't worry, we paid for the license to film it!) but had no idea where to start with producing a nice memory for the students in the form of a video.
Hankin Digital came on board to work with us to not only edit all the footage for us, but to source and personalised a sustainable way of presenting this for the students.
Each student received a wooden box, with a USB displaying out school logo and the logo from the show (again, don't worry, we had also paid for the license for this!)
These were turned around in less than 2 weeks and I watched every student open their packs with smiles and comments of 'ooooh miss, these are really lovely' and 'wow, look at this'. 100% customer satisfaction from every single student (and staff member).

Fantastic organisation. Kept us up to date throughout the planning and delivery. No question went unanswered and the detail in the itinerary and planning was second to none. The enthusiasm in the actual delivery was incredibly and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone work as hard over three days!

Hankin Digital created an amazing interactive app for our school music tour to Paris. Sam met with me prior to the event to plan out what he had in mind and so I could talk through the itinerary to make it work. He then created a 'monopoly' type app for the students to work in teams with to collect points and win a prize. Some were to upload images, some were physical tasks - it was brilliant! The students were super engaged with it and it meant we didn't have any 'down time' with nothing for them to do! THANK YOU

Sam prepared a very relevant and detailed presentation for parents of primary aged children. His work beforehand ensured he was addressing the subjects and Apps that our children are accessing and he made sure parents knew to talk to their children and not just stop them using technology. A very informative and pertinent presentation.

Sam prepared his own resources to promote digital learning to parents and student at an evening preparing Year 10 students for Year 11.
Sam is professional, prompt and always prepared. You can always depend on him to go above and beyond what is asked. I cannot recommend his services highly enough!

A great event solution, that is highly scalable and gives the participants an interactive easy to use experience. Our young people got a great deal out of the event and the Hankin digital app totally supports this. As an event organise it also gives visibility and control of an event which by more manual means is far harder to achieve.
