After 5-6 washings my shirt had lost…

After 5-6 washings my shirt had lost brand name. Han Kjobenhavn printed letters just disappeared . I was very surprised of such low quality . My shirts from cheap brands do not loose any prints after several years of wearing. I would never buy anything from this brand

World class service to an international brand …

I really love the Han Kjøbenhavn brand and the way they engaged with me in the past and in my latest interaction.
This is a world class brand and their costumer service is on par! Excellent!
I would recommend there amazing glasses (I’ve already bought 5 pairs) not only as a fashionable item but the quality is superb. I am a very happy customer.

Great customer experience!

I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but honestly i don’t believe any of them. A few weeks ago, I was looking for a suit for an upcoming event, and found a perfect one on their website, even on sale. Unfortunately, their sale ended the next day without me noticing. Feeling hopeless, I then wrote a mail to their customer service, and luckily they were happy to help me out, even though their sale had expired. It was the biggest moment of relief I had ever gotten, and within just 3 days I received the suit - which was also far better than imagined. Great customer service!

Absolutely crap quality jeans💩

Absolutely crap quality jeans💩made in Turkey, back pockets were sewn at different heights with a difference of 1 cm. And absolutely terrible customer service in London store, the consultant refused to provide measurements when I asked and blocked me on WhatsApp.👎👎👎

I placed an order on their website...

I ordered a piece of clothing off their website over a week ago. I recieved an order confirmation right after, but havent heard anything from them afterwards. It's been 10 days now. They have withdrawn the money from my account and still gotten no update - I placed the order the 4th of august and the piece is still in stock on their website. I have tried to contact HAN KJØBENHAVN on their email and Instragram, but they have still yet to answer me.

Ordered 12 days ago...still no shipping

Ordered 12 days ago. Still no shipped products. Wrote 2 mails to the support and got no answer. I will change my review when i got feedback and my ordered products but until then it is a very bad experience so far.

Excellent customer experience in my latest online purchase!

This review goes beyond the quality and design of the clothing which I think is excellent. I'd like to point out the level of online customer support I've received in my latest interaction with the brand.

I purchased a t-shirt online that turned out to be small on me when I received it. Naturally, I wrote an email to their support and within a few emails, they not only solved the problem but also did it at no extra cost for me covering the difference in price for the replacement piece they sent me.

Now, this is not my first Han Kjøbenhavn purchase and it most definitely won't be my last. This is not specifically because of how they handled my case here but rather because I like their clothes. But providing that level of customer experience certainly puts me at ease when shopping at HK and makes me feel valued. Hope this helps new customers about making up their minds.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the HAN Kjøbenhavn website that arrived with a bent frame. I got in touch through their website and within a day of letting them know of the problem, they had reached out. After sending some photos to their customer service representative (Anne-Sophie), they sent me a new pair of glasses. None of this cost me a dime. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service.
