Excellent tool
As a finance manager, I find Hanna CRM to be a practical and well-organized platform for managing sales, client communication, and internal workflows. It gives a clear view of customer activity, tasks, and documents, which helps improve control and reduces the risk of missing important follow-ups.
From a finance perspective, the system is especially useful when teams need better coordination between sales, administration, and invoicing processes.
