Absolutely disgusting service
Goods ordered on 23/04/26 ,received confirmation e-mail but goods did not arrive when stated
Contacted Hannahome and told they would resend/ refund.Still waiting for either of these things to happen .It is now 18/05/26!!!
Having bought beautiful candles from Hanna Home in the past I believed their responses to my emails chasing my order. Sadly, despite saying they had been posted 1st class 11 days after my order was placed they have never arrived and not responded to two requests for a tracking number, 22 days later still no products. Such a shame as it wasted so much of the time left to arrange alternatives and until now I would have 100% have recommended to all and sundry based on previous purchases, despite the length of time they have always taken to deliver. Thankfully I purchased via PayPal who have given a full refund straight away. Not sure why Hanna Home took this track on this occasion, best to just be honest and refund if you cannot supply.
