Good company and reasonable service
I saw the first two reviews and reckon they are unfair. I purchased a lamp from this company. The original item at my local store costs more than a thousand quid and I got it for 200 from Hansenc. The delivery came within 15 working days. The quality is good and we are still using it after 1 year. I just brought another one for this year's Christmas.

complete scam
Please don't buy anything from this seller! It is a complete scam. I bought a quite expensive chandelier and they sent a wrong (and cheap) product. Multiple attempts to contact the seller and return the product were unsuccessful. The phone numbers listed not he website are not working. Ended up filing a claim with PayPal (I paid through it), and they arranged the return, but even the address provided by hansenc was non existent!!! Fortunately Paypal refunded my money. DO NOT BUY!!!!
