My tap started dripping recently and I was at a loss on how to fix it, spoke to Ahmed who resolved this quickly with a replacement boiler on its way, the boiler is a quick and easy to install so looking forward to it being delivered.

Called company to sort out a boiler fault on a Hanstron 4 in 1 boiler tap system. Spoke with Ahmed at Verana who was very helpful and can replace just the boiler at a reasonable price as boiler is out of warranty. Very good service.

Boiler fault

Our hot water tap has worked very well until two days ago, when the boiler stopped working. I was able to contact customer services and I had a phone call within half an hour, from Ahmed, who was keen to help resolve the problem. Looking forward to the replacement boiler and the tap in action again.

Great product

I’ve fitted boiling taps for years now and always thought the Hanstrom taps were brilliant quality and very reasonable cost wise.
After having a small issue with one of the tanks on the latest fit I had to liaise with their customer support.The service I received was second to none and the issue was solved within 24hrs.

As a kitchen fitter I would highly recommend.

Highly Recommended

Bought a Storan Boiling tap unit when having a new kitchen fitted in 2023, one of the best buys ever at the time and it has performed as well as when it was new up until today when the boiling tap return spring snapped.

I contacted Adam from Sales who put me in touch with Ismail in the Help Team. Within 10 minutes it was confirmed that a new spring would be sent out.

Customer Service and support doesn't get any better than this. Would highly recommend the company and product.

Would RECOMMEND this supplier without reservation.

OK. So our kitchen hot water tap system was installed 18 months ago and after a few filter replacements (all supplied by Hanstrom) the latest renewal resulted in the boiler refusing to reboot and showing filter replacement needed. Spoke to customer care at Hanstrom (quick and easy) and was guided through reset procedures and finally the empty-and-refill heater unit process. All to no avail. On reporting this back, Hanstrom immediately sent out a brand new boiler unit (it arrived next day by courier! – Brighton area) and we were up and running again !!! Totally OUTSTANDING customer support and not even billed for courier. The 3-way hot water system is brilliant and Hanstrom CANNOT BE FAULTED in the way they responded to our problem. Would RECOMMEND this supplier without reservation.

Great customer service

I had a fault with my tap and spoke with Amaan who was exceptionally helpful. He offered some great support on trying to diagnose and fix the issue on my current tap, and as this didn't work he swiftly arranged a replacement tap to be sent out. Fantastic service, thank you Amaan!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY - our Hanstrom hot tap lasted 18 months!!!!! Warranty covers 1 year so not offered replacement or repair. I questioned how a piece of kit like this can have such a short lifespan, owner shrugged shoulders and was like, yeah, they have to work very hard, that’s why they don’t last. Really? Where’s the sustainability in that? Others on the market including the most expensive well known one, boast of lasting 15-20 years. However, what we were offered by their UK distributor Verana is 20% off a new tap. It was the first thing he said, like he knows they are rubbish and this is what they do. Insulting, NO THANK YOU! You get what you pay for I guess and if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. ** DO NOT BUY A HANSTROM TAP FROM VERANA **

Excellent customer service

Had a fault with my boiler, customer service was excellent I spoke to both Zara and Aham who dealt with the issue professionally and swiftly. A replacement boiler was sent out and the tap is in good working order.

Boiler fault.

Had a fault on the boiler of my hot water tap. Customer service was great and extremely fast. Within two days I had a replacement boiler delivered at no cost and no quibble. Would certainly buy again.

CCJ AGAINST HANSTROM

First of all, anyone experiencing poor customer service, a faulty, not fit for purpose hot water tap go to moneyclaim.gov.uk and get your refund that way as Hanstrom will not help you in the slightest and will use every delaying tactic in the book until you get bored.

Now, for my experience! Awful..... hot water tap broke 5 months after purchase. Contacted Hanstrom via e - mail serval times with no response. Called the contact number.... Just went to voice mail. (Very fishy).

Eventually, received a response from an e mail that was sent 3 - 4 weeks earlier stating that if I had technical issues I would need to contact support via a different e mail address or call a different number. Again, very fishy and of course not very helpful and again no response from e mail and calls went to voice mail.

Consequently, I filed a money claim online for a full refund plus costs and interest. Hanstrom did not respond to this claim and therefore I filed for a CCJ to be brought against Hanstrom. Again, Hanstrom did not respond and the CCJ was granted. As a result, I received a refund plus costs back, but not the interest of £2 ish which has now resulted in the CCJ being registered against Hanstrom.

The owner AISHA PATEL, should be extremely embarrassed in the way she operates her companies. I say companies as she is the Director of 18 other connecting companies, of which also sell hot water taps online. One being VERANA.CO.UK (So don't buy from there either).

Lastly, if you are thinking about buying a hot water tap, do not buy from HANSTROM or VERANA and do your research to ensure you don't buy one from another AISHA PATEL'S connecting companies. You will regret it. Go to a reputable hot water tap supplier.

I really hope this review helps customers that are having issues at the moment, and I hope it deters people from buying from such Cowboy companies.

No customer service

Tap is fine but there is nothing in the brochure to show how to change the filter- I have emailed and called the number in the website numerous times but nothing, no one answers . If anyone knows how to change the filter please let me know!!! A generic email tells you they are a family run business who cares about they're customers but it seems not .... It's shouldn't be this difficult for someone to respond
