Avoid at all costs, not interested when boiler breaks!

Installed a Hanstrom 4 in 1 tap in Feb 2024 and raved about it to all my friends. Changed water filters as required and have a water softener.
March this year the boiler failed on me, just not producing hot water.

I have emailed customer services 5 times, rung numerous times, usually not picked up three times I have talked to someone who asks me to send serial number - done, video of the unit - done and then evidence of when fitted - done.

Nothing in return, last individual told me it was his first day in and manger would be in contact to discuss replacing, nothing heard over two weeks ago!!

Avoid at all costs !

Do not purchase!!!

I purchased a hot water tap in 2023. The boiler started to drop in temperature only the other day so we'll within the consumer act 2 years. After being given a help guide to follow - which is just to fob you off and waste more time. I began the process of emailing this company whom advised the boiler only comes with 1 years warranty. Absurd for a cost like this of an appliance. This company do not have any experience of business law and that is why I am here. I advised of the consumer act 2015 (which gives an extra 2 years on top of their 1) in which they asked me to send this to them via email, ridiculous that this business acts to not know consumer rights. I'm taking this a lot further and will maintain until the very end. My advice is stay away from this company, not at all helpful, selling items which do not last, overpriced appliance that will not last. They operate under various business trading names. Please be very mindful.

excellent customer service

Had our tap for 12 months now. No major issues and a very nice design / good boiling tap function. Excellent customer service - had needed advice twice regarding spring in tap and descaling tank. Very easy to get ahold of customer service over phone and email. Would recommend.

Avoid - same company trading under different brand names.

This company has various different brand names that they sell the same taps through. Whilst we received no instructions or information that we should descale the product when it broke less than 18 months after being installed we were told this was the issue and that it was out of warranty. When i questioned why they did not provide this in the instruction manual they said it had now been updated but still no offer of a replacement, despite basically admitting liability. The other brands have bad reviews as well. The tap itself started out good and looks high quality but but the spring went quickly in the hot water section. Would aviod and stick with a higher budget firm as you get what you pay for. Oh and we also tested the temp and they are not the same as the quoted 98 degrees its not nearly as hot as it claims.

Great customer service, would recommend.

Had a small issue with the boiler but was helped by the customer service team who talked me through what I needed to do and how to replace the filter, no issues since, excellent tap, excellent customer support and service, wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend.

The 3 in 1 kettle tap has been excellent easy to use and so much more convenient than using a kettle. Ii bought the chrome tap it looks great. Recently emailed customer service and they responded immediately with useful advice.

One of the Best Purchases I've Made

The Hanstrom 4 in 1 Hot Water Tap is one of the best things I have purchased as an adult. As an avid tea drink with a busy schedule not having to run to the kettle and waiting for it to boil, within the 1 minute in I have between meetings, and just having hot water on demand has been life changing.

Additionally, the tap is incredibly stylish, fitting well in my new kitchen, and easy to use. The boiler unit under the sink does not take up much space at all and I have more counter space for other things as I no longer need a kettle. I now consider this tap a kitchen essential.

As a bonus, with any issues I've had the support team has been very responsive and helpful!

Had my tap for less than 6 months

Had my tap for less than 6 months, I contacted them about the fault and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back from them.
I wouldn’t waste your money. The inside of the tap has melted away and now the tap isn’t working as it should.

I’ve had my hot tap boiler for just over a year and absolutely love it. Had a slight problem this week but spoke to Ahmed on Customer service and all resolved. Great service, would use again.

3 in 1 tap now working again

Had an issue with 3 in 1 tap not heating.
Had a replacement under warranty which came quickly. New model unit has different connections. When got hold of customer service (took some calls) given method on how to attach. Worth updating manual to explain how to remove plug and attach cold feed pipe - would have saved a phone call. Tap back up and working so all good.😊

Ordered a three in one hot water tap

Ordered a three in one hot water tap, however, it stopped heating the water about three weeks out of warranty. Zara from customer services assisted us into trying to rectify issue but still did not work. Spoke to Ahmed who agreed to send a replacement unit and we are looking forward to receiving this.

EDIT: Received replacement the following day which is a slightly different design. Hope that this one has been improved and lasts a decent amount of time.
