Clearly a scam site/shop
Clearly a scam site/shop. Ordered a product, Shop.com said it delivered. It did not. Inquiry intentions were met with suddenly broken links. Absolutely infuriating.

I ordered a bladeless fan from this store on TikTok shop on 6.19.25 and paid for express shipping. I needed it quickly as summers hot on the east coast. I inquired as to why it was taking so long to be delivered and was given a BS response. It was labeled on the SHOP app as “Out for delivery” on July 18, and woke up this morning to a message from SHOP saying it was delivered. However, it wasn’t. It was delivered to Durham NC (I live in MD), but no delivery address. I can not get any e from this co pant to respond back. I did make a formal complaint through SHOP and am tempted to file a complaint with the BBB regarding shop, as if there is no other option to find tracking, they should vet their vendors much better.

Ordered a projector screen and never received. Tracked the parcel from official sites which shows delivered but never received it. I’ve attempted to email them but don’t seem to get an answer. Has anyone managed to get their money back?
