Alright, so picture this: you're sitting there, getting older by the second, feeling like life is passing you by. And then suddenly, it hits you: you're going through a midlife crisis. But don't you worry, my little chickpea, because we're here to help. We're like your personal life coaches, but without the cheesy motivational speeches or the high-fives. We're here to help you kick those bad habits to the curb, like that phone addiction that's been keeping you up at night, the overwork that's been burning you out, and the hedonism that's been draining your wallet. And we're not just about getting rid of the bad stuff, oh no. We're all about creating some HAPITS, which stands for Habits of Awesomeness, Positivity, and Incredible Transformation (yeah, we made that up ourselves). We'll teach you how to be more self-aware, kinder to yourself, emotionally flexible, and purposeful in your living. And don't even get me started on reciprocal relationships, because we've got that covered too.But wait, there's more! We've even created a multimedia course that you can take from the comfort of your own home, so you can become the person you've always dreamed of being. It's like a daily dose of awesome, except without the calories. So what are you waiting for, mate? Let's make some HAPITS together and rock this midlife crisis thing like a boss.

Excellent, would highly recommend Hapits

I have just finished Mary Ellen & Anirban’s Hapits 100 day Video Course & I cannot recommend it highly enough. The recent death of my mum reminded me again of just how short life is. At 43, I wanted to live my best life and not repeat negative patterns from my past. Through their daily videos and putting into practice the tools learned step-by-step, I feel more self-confident & less stressed. I have improved my key relationships. The future feels hopeful & optimistic. I am taking action and achieving my weekly goals. Doing the practices with my ‘Mad-Mate’ friend has also made the process much more enjoyable and created a sense of accountability: something that has always been missing for me in the past. Hapits has really given me the time to stop, reflect and decide on the person I would like to be. Mary-Ellen and Anirban are positive, enthusiastic and engaging communicators while at the same time remaining light-hearted and fun.
