They helped me when I needed it but at the end when I paid it off they took an extra 422 because I was set on auto pay. When I called the lady said and asked if I could get the money back due to the payoff being lower than that she stated "well there is intrest as well" I literally clicked pay off now got the details said the form claimed price was good for 15 days but I guess not. So make sure before u pay off your loan you turn off auto pay.
