To echo what everyone else has said I would give 0 if possible. Brought 2 pairs of leggings from here they’re cheap materials and all round poor quality. I reached out to return but they have said that they won’t accept the return and cannot offer a refund. Absolutely appalling company don’t waste your money!

I gave them a 1 star, because zero was not an option. I purchased over $100 worth of things for my daughter. It was sent from China and they said delivered to my mailbox. That never happened, package never arrived and support said "We can't control shipping after it leaves us." Never buy from here.

I do not recommend purchasing from this website. I initially ordered two pairs of leggings in the deal that they always seem to have running on their site. I used the size guide to make sure I was buying the correct size but when they arrived they were still too small. I requested a return from the company as online consumers are able to do within 14 days as they were not as described or as expected. I received a response stating that their policy does not allow for returns for items that are the wrong size or in the sale. I went backwards and forwards with the company, stating many times what my consumer rights are and that I have the right to a refund but kept receiving the same response. In the end I had to sell the leggings for cheaper than I paid as I could not access a refund that I was ENTITLED to. Being heavily pregnant I was also unable to explore any legal action and lost out on money that was rightly mine. Shocking company, shocking customer support and a total scam. Read the reviews before purchasing!!

Ordered a set of 2 maternity leggings and got half my leg in and realized they were way too small so they are not true to size. Then I reached out to return them and they said items on sale cannot be returned. Almost everything they have is on sale like what?! I’ll never use them again and I was going to get my diaper bag and a couple other things as well from here. Not going to now.

On the photo the maternity leggings looked long to the ankle. It's a lot shorter than that in reality. If I knew it I wouldn't have bought it as I don't like short leggings.

I’d put 0 stars if I could. As many others have said, absolute scam of a company. Don’t accept returns on “sale items” but all their items are always on some sort of sale. Absolutely awful quality product as well (the maternity leggings). Don’t buy anything from this company, you’ll regret it! Wish I’d read all these reviews before I ordered.

As everyone has said. Send cheap products and won’t accept returns. Absolute scam of a company.

Do not waste your money cheap cheap cheap horrible leggings they’re not worth £4 never mind £37. I will never wear these leggings. They are horrendous. Please don’t give any money to this company. They will not accept return returns they are scammers and fraudulent and they do not abide by UK law

I received the item and unfortunately it isn’t comfortable for me to wear with my baby so I wanted to return, they have said I can not return the item due to item being on sale. Totally unacceptable do not buy from this company the quality is poor and the service is poor

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Asked for tracking information and sent a royal mail link which just said ‘the seller has advised that they have shipped your item’. Tracking was never updated and still no bag. Customer service very rude in emails. Do not use!

Brilliant products, the bottle warmer plugs right into the baby bag - so clever! Would recommend!

The luxe bag is amazing, I’ve been using it for my new born for the past few weeks and it makes naps and changing while we’re out so much easier, couldn’t recommend more!

If I could give zero I would, this product is not suitable for the use it’s supposed to be for. I’ve hardly unpacked it but could tell it was no use for my new grandson. So I emailed them to ask got return code and the reply was as it’s a baby product there’s no refund! DO NOT BUY!

Do not use this company, product broke after a few weeks use and they claim it’s standard wear and tear.
They consistently offer a discount on their products therefore is clearly the standard price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought the diaper bag and it’s so annoying to set up- I don’t want to have to set up a mini tent every time I change a diaper. I wanted to return it bc of how cheaply made it is (and it was partially broken when I recieved it). They said they “don’t process refunds or returns. Just don’t do it yall.

Purchased happibag pro (the baby changing bag incorporating changing bag) on sale @ £39.95. However have noticed same bag way cheaper every where else. Item arrived weeks after ordering, darker colour than anticipated & not great quality.
Once gifted to recipient we were both disappointed to learn the bag requires poles inserted & zip very awkward to use! Have decided it's too much trouble & stress to deal with a bag like this when you're a new mum, so asked to return the purchase. Now advised no returns on sale products! (Not a sale price?! as above). They obviously are happy to break the law since 'distance selling' ie over the internet consumers have 14 days to request a return / refund with no reason. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam company selling Temu products at pumped up prices. I still have not received my product despite ordering over 3 weeks ago. Customer service are either dense, incompetent or both.

Don’t buy this brand!! Says fast shipping, which is not true, took a very long time to arrive. Poor quality, sides don’t stay open and you have to assemble it each time you want to use it. The parts take up so much room in the inside, there isn’t much room for anything else. Items are always on sale, and they don’t take returns on sale items so now I’m stuck with it. They say customer satisfaction is important, yet they don’t care about selling a crappy product. They also make it almost impossible to leave reviews.
