I found Happier Windows a great company to deal with. From the initial contact right through to the final installation, everything went really well. The job they did was first class. I had a sliding patio door fitted and the process was handled from start to finish in a very professional manner.
At the start online you can estimate the costs of your windows etc.

The fitters were flexible and efficient in the way they worked.

All rubbish was removed from the premises.

I will definitely use them again and will not bother with other quotes.

`Chloe is a pleasure to work with and made the ordering process a pleasure. Windows measured up without any pressure and I was kept fully involved throughout, including updates on the day of the install of their ETA. Guys did a terrific job. My house was the usual badly done replacement windows ex council house and they cracked all the problems and did a first class install of all new windows and doors. Window and door quality is as good as or better than any of the big names at a price that speaks for itself. Top class workmanship and the place was left spotless, right down to hoovering through the house.

Not having a sales person come to the house was brilliant. The person who came to check the size of the windows and check the specification did exactly that and did not try to sell anything. The installation went without a hitch, quality was top of their list and everything was left clean and tidy. A Brilliant Job. I will certainly use again as and when other windows need replacing.

Professional service from start to finish including admin , surveyour and installation team , would highly recommend as prices are competitive and the team was reliable, efficient , very clean and tidy , with high quality patio doors.

Absolutely lovely doors: really solid, very well insulated, and very good value. The fitting team were superb, especially as my old house proved to be a right troublemaker! Incredibly efficient, prompt, friendly, made little mess but did tidy up very well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We where a bit sceptical about buying Windows on line! However when Mark turned up to do the exact measurements he quickly reasured us, and we went ahead. Everything was so quick from ordering right through to supply and fitting. Chloe in the office who we spoke to was very pleasent and nothing was to much trouble for her. The fitting team of Dean. Scat. Chad and Liam travelled down from Barnsley and arrive at 11.30ish and by late afternoon they had 3 Windows replaced and was on the 4th. We had 9 Windows and a set of French doors done. The price was fantastic compared for what local company's wanted! The boys where fantastic and they went out of there way to make sure we had done was of a high standard if to the point of doing things that where not on the list. If there was any negative? From our point of view, would be the use of the inch and a half plastic strip stuck on the inner window surround and window sills. We think a plastic beading along the gap between the frame and the sill would be better! As we have a strip stuck on with plastic across a natrul wooden sill covered with clear varnish.

From the initial order, Measuring and Fitting of the door You couldn’t ask for better service. Always on the end of the phone for any queries I may have had . The fitters were friendly helpful and did an exceptional job even though they encountered problems with my house . The quality of the work and the door was very good . Excellent service throughout. Installation team very professional and even had a window changed because they were not happy with the one they were fitting. They ensured everything was left as they found it before they left. The windows are of high quality and look exceptional. We had a couple of things we wanting checking and after a few emails between myself and Chloe they came out and explained everything to us.

Would highly recommend this company exceptional service from start to finish.

After much shopping around and wasted time with most of the major companies, I found Happier Windows. Brilliant website, instant quote online, prompt visit by surveyor who was very professional. The original price quoted was honored even though I made some changes. I had a date for the fitting provided to me within 5 days. Team of fitters turned up on time in two vans and all the work was completed in three days. Fitters were very professional, very friendly, all dressed in company polo shirts with their names on the back. This company provides a quality product and a quality service at a very competitive rate. If your serious about replacement doors and windows, then this is the company to go for. Highly recommended.
