POOR SERVICE - THEY WILL STOP TALKING WITH YOU AND NO REFUNDS
I paid for their express service that guaranteed an appeal letter within 48 hours. Mine arrived after 4 days, double the time!!
I submitted the letter but the appeal was rejected. Contacted them for more help. Received another appeal letter that was almost the same. Anyway I submitted it and the appeal failed again. After many emails I failed t get any updates. They stopped also chatting with me online. What they do is block your IP so on chat they always appear as 'Not Online'. When you change the IP they are online, crafty people. And when you chat with the new IP they shout at you for using different computers to reach them!!
Happy Amazon Seller probably do help some but I suspect most get no results and no refunds. They use a template which Amazon is probably tired of seeing again and again. If anything their service will harm you appeal. STAY CLEAR OF THEM
