Please don’t buy from this scam. They took my money and didn’t send me my product.

When I asked for a refund they said there will be a fee to issue it or cover the shipping and they stole that money too and I never got the refund or the product!

Do not third party order through Happybuy. I ordered through Walmart and they will not refund your money. They will state they did and will not. Poor company to buy from. Legally robbing consumers ..been dealing with this for over a month

Unfortunately they don’t exchange or refund items! I needed a half size bigger on some sandals and all they offered me is 30% off my next purchase. I won’t be ordering from them again

I would give a zero but it's not an option, ordered one size, got another, they are not leather and now I have to jump through hoops to get a refund!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Advertised "genuine leather" sandals. Sent plastic/vinyl poorly made sandals in a plastic bag. I asked for a return label and a full refund based on false advertising and a poorly made inferior product. They required 3 proofs including photo of outside shipping label, of sandals and of size label which wasn't readable. Sent all 3. Then asked me to measure length of sole of shoe which I did and sent. Eight emails later they offered a" 5% item value refund and 30% Discount for your next purchase."
This was totally unacceptable and they never answered about misrepresenting the sandals as leather.
DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered some sandals from HappyBuy and not only did they take forever to get here but they didn’t fit. I have been a size 9 for all of my adult life (I’m 65) but the size 9 sandals that I ordered were way too small. I contacted them and sent them all the pictures they asked for. They sent me a reply saying they sent me the size that I ordered so all they could do was give me 30% off my next order. Yeah right, as if I would EVER buy anything from them again. I am now stuck with sandals that I can’t wear and don’t have anyone to give them to. I plan on spreading the word as much as I can about what thieves they are.

If you buy the wrong size you are stuck with the product. This company is not credible. Now I have a product I can’t use. Companies online exchange. Why would anyone buy if they can’t see merchandise

Totally misleading. I purchased sandals that took way too long to receive. They are poorly made and I never expected them to have not been shipped to me from the USA. They never responded to any of my in queries until I filed a complaint on them through PayPal. Don't bother. This company is not transparent.

I only received the shirt. Way oversized.

I wanted to return the shirt and have the full order amount returned.

Thomas said returning will cost them €20 shipping costs. He can refund €8 for the missing short.

He also suggested to send a black Nike short without club logo.

These are no solutions for messing up.

I asked to refund the full order amount which is normal if the order isn’t as expected. That’s a customer’s right.

No reply from Happybuy (Thomas) neither from voetbalverkoop where I raised a return request multiple times.

Is this customer service? Is this what you call customer satisfaction?

WARNING: SCAM 🚨 - I had no idea who happybuybag.com were, I saw an advert on TikTok selling a handheld games consol for €9.00. I thought this was a great deal the advert appeared under “GameConsol” I went through the purchase process and then received an email confirmation informing that for €9.00 and moving forward I had signed up to a subscription. I immediately contacted my bank and reported this as fraud. The is a complete scam. AVOID! I wish I could add photos to show how disgusting this scam is, since then I’ve reported the advert to TikTok multiple time to help others avoid this same scam.

They sent a wrong product and then refused to return it. I paid for something I never received and just stopped answering.

tried helped a friend assemble an adult tricycle they sold....it didnt come with the right size parts. i agree with the first comment. complete scam. cant seem to get ahold of them for her so they can correct their mistake. poor lady. stuck with junk and lost a buck...

Be careful with these they let you order items but no goods com. Its a scam.
