Happy staff make happy customers
Have just received a call from Happy Cabs after mistakes were made by a company I always use because of their friendly courteous and prompt service and they have gone out of their way to apologise and compensate me for the inconvenience, so yet again they have proven they care about their customers, and I am relieved that I don’t have to look for an alternative company as there are very few with such happy and professional drivers
