Nice staff, reliable and good car with good equipment. Customer service on the phone was also very nice. So really everything great. We had no issues at all, so I don’t know how accidents/damaged are handled.

Really nice experience.
Camper was a little old but was reliable and drove well. Plenty of space for I was a solo traveler.
People are very nice and easy going and not fussy.

Good car, but the bed is not very confortable

Affordable campervan (happier 3 Kuga) with all the amenities you could need. Any issues we had were swiftly resolved by the team

Very helpful staff especially Gustavo who made us all feel welcome when we discussed about something to stop crockery rattling a kind worker brought spare clean tea towels. Camper was old had been in a smash but engine worked well and it was clean.

Very flexible with the pickup and allowed us to have more space in the campervan by keeping one of the mattresses. All good with the van!

lower bed defective, broken and could not be pulled out completely to sleep really difficult

Kitchen drawers could only be closed with force
Dirty cupboard, leaked old red chilli oil
Charging cable did not fit the vehicle
Engine indicator light constantly switched on
Tables and chairs for outside almost all defective on collection

The vehicles are very old and it does not specify that three-speed gearboxes, so it consumes a lot of gasoline. I advise you to take more recent.

Amazing experience with our happy hi-4, we were 3 friends and all was perfect during our two weeks rental, from Auckland to Christchurch ! Recommended with closed eyes !

Vehicle was not fit for purpose not as shown on website numerous faults door seals kept falling off leaking windows, fire alarm fell off and stuck to ceiling with celotape, headlights foggy, and suspension failed.

Their check in systems are a bit disjointed. Double data entry, and after we tried to pay for extra driver, we had to reconcile on checkout. Van had leaking windows, gas tank leaked and knob on cabinent was broken, tried to tell the guy checking us in, care factor zero. Good luck with your rental, roll the die.

Communication with agents while I was planning the trip in the US. Was given advice on exactly I wanted to do and I feel was given quotes for vans that fit my type of trip. Check in was a little delayed due to their computers, but it didn't take more than a half hour. The van itself was in good shape and I had no problems with it. Was given a quick, but thorough, crash course on how everything worked and what all the van came with. If I had to complain about anything it would be the type of dishes that were in there. There's plastic plates/bowls that are available that could be used rather than porcelain. I was worried I'd break them when I went over a bump. It always made a ruckus when driving on uneven surfaces. Other than that I was pleased with my experience

Horrible experience. The suspension on our vehicle was so worn out that it was impractical to use the rear seats. The rear seat occupant needed to take Dramamine to keep from getting sick. Also, the drawers and doors in the kitchen area opened in transit, even while locked, causing dishes, pots and pans, silverware, including knives, etc. to fly about the cabin. A very dangerous situation. We returned the van after one week and were told we would be billed for three. This is unacceptable as the van was not roadworthy as a camper. Such a vehicle should be advertised as two person only. The fact that you can fit four people into it does not mean it is suitable for four people… Has anyone ever tried to sit in the back of a Porsche 911? But Porsche is transparent in that regard!

The size of the van was great for the NZ roads !!!! Thank you for the speed limit in the curves, very helpful excellent signalisation. The inside of the van was a little over used and it was difficult to open/closed the top bed every day. But we did it and we had a wonderful time 3 weeks and 4000kms with 3 adults. I already recommended your compagny to my friends.
