After Terri Armstrong arranged an appointment, Brad Dolan did a walk thru my detached house, made a written offer and wrote “no rush to respond”.
When I responded agreeing to his offer, he wrote back, “unfortunately we are going to have to pass on the purchase.”
The next evening, I see an ad on CTV Ottawa for Happy Door saying they are buying houses for cash.
A total scam.
