Easy to use
Used HappyFlights over a year ago. They updated me a couple months saying it would not work, but suddenly I received an email saying they will deposit a significant amount on my bank account.
Almost no work to get it done and randomly receiving money later is pretty great.

Happy Flights has been a tremendous help in working with the airline to let my wife, daughter and I receive the compensation we were entitled to for a significant delay in reaching our destination caused by the airline. Upon learning about our delay, a family member shared Happy Flights' website with us. Filling out the form took only a few minutes and we received a reply from Happy Flights soon after. While initially we weren't sure about our rights to compensation for missing a connection as a result of such delay, Happy Flights educated us on this and arranged for settling the matter with the airline in about three weeks total. Two days after we were notified a settlement was reached, we received the compensation, which was a substantial amount. The whole process seemed like a breeze. We're very happy with Happy Flights' services. We will use them again, if needed, and recommend to our family and friends.

Responsive and quick follow-ip
Very quick follow-up and personal communication on our case. I hope I do not have to make use of them anymore, but if I would again have a delayed/cancelled flight, I will definitely make us of Happy flight again!

I was not expecting it to work at all
I was not expecting it to work at all, i thought my case was weak and wont really get any compensation from this claim, I just tried it for fun, I have already forgot about it, but actually it didnt take so long until I got a really good compensation! Quite Happy! for real :)
