I was very impressed with Happy Gringo. I gave them a detailed list of our wishes and requirements and David clearly worked very hard to find exactly what we were looking for. It took a couple of weeks through a series of emails and phone calls that were well worth the time spent.

Last minute liveaboard deal
Nico helped to secure a couple of options at a great last-minute rate when I decided to book a hiking and snorkeling cruise a week before departure. I ended up with my own cabin at a fantastic price on a very lovely vessel. Communication was easy using Whatsapp and payment link worked with no issues.

Honestly not impressed with the service at all. Several issues and none of them were dealt with in the way I would have expected. A huge amount of money was spent and the service received was less than stellar, especially in comparison to experiences for tours in other countries. Would not use Happy Gringo Travel again

Happy Gringos are a great option for booking mid-priced Galápagos cruises
Jacky was a pleasure to work with—she stayed on top of pricing and availability and answered all my questions, even when it required following up. I’m very happy with the service she provided.
That said, I do wish I had received an itemized receipt showing the exact room we booked on the Bonita, especially since our Galápagos trip is so far in advance. (I understand all the rooms were priced the same.)
