Really hard to cancel subscriptions - scammers
I was using oral minoxidil and I tried to end my subscription. There's no button, you have to talk to customer service - which took a good while finally getting thru to them. They said would cancel my sub and they offered me a free sample of a chemical free alternative. I agreed. But found out a month later they had sneakily subscribed me to a new $70/month subscription! I got an email confirming they were processing my order, I got in contact with customer service right away and there was nothing they could do. I had to ask a million times for them to finally end my subscription and not just 'pause'. Charges on my credit card kept coming thru and I had to get my credit card company to block them. Awful experience.

I liked the product and I do think it was effective. The problem was was I tried to put a temporary, 2 month hold, on shipments thru their web site . But continued to get shipments. I notified them that I had requested a 2 month hold but they insisted they had not received my request. So would not honor my request. My advice if you need a temporary hold then just cancel. I am big on customer service, especially at Happy Heads prices. So I cancelled them.
