We had a great session with Sammy. She was informative and detailed but kept it fun (as much as you can do when thinking about the worst happening!!) I left feeling much more empowered and was able to relay the information learnt to others. A good sign that it all went in! Thank you, Sammy!!

Highly recommend. Sammy has such a gentle and nurturing style, backed up by deep knowledge and experience which is reassuring and puts you at ease when talking about triggering subjects. The session was packed full of useful information, presented in an easy to consume format with opportunities to try things out and discuss. Resources provided were super useful and the set up of the session was relaxed but professional - perfect for us! Thank you so much for helping us on our way.

FANTASTIC FIRST AID

We took this class when we became new parents. The class was very informative and whilst serious was delivered in a very positive and engaging way and covered a wide array of skills.

A few weeks after we took the course, our child had a seizure and there is no doubt that the skills learnt allowed us to respond quickly and effectively, which in turn meant we did not panic and could be the best parents possible for our child. We were so impressed with Sammy and how the course was delivered we contacted Sammy to organise a private class with our families so they could upskill and gain confidence for when they were looking after our child.

Sammy tailored the class to our needs and was incredibly professional, having a long conversation with us to understand our childs medical history and needs before the class. Once again she delivered a fantastic and very engaging class that all our family members including grandparents and aunts were incredibly impressed with.

I cannot recommend Sammy highly enough, her class should be taken by all parents and people looking after children.

I did Sammy’s confidence with choking online masterclass all the way here in Australia and it is a must for not just parents, but for everyone including grandparents! Sammy’s approach was professional, friendly, informative and very clear. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great session, really informative and a lovely learning enviroment.

The first thing that appealed to me was the fact that I didn’t have to worry about childcare, I could take my 9 month old baby with me to the session. She was made to feel very welcome and I was made to feel at ease with her being there.

The session itself was engaging, interesting and Sammy was fantastic at being able to bespoke the content to the group members, giving it a very personal touch. She has a fantastic presentation style which made the group feel relaxed and comfortable to ask any questions throughout. I’ve come away feeling so much more confident and less anxious, should I be presented with an emergency situation that requires first aid skills.

We really enjoyed the session with Sammy. As new parents we had very little knowledge on how to carry out first aid on children but Sammy demonstrated everything excellently and thoroughly.

We definitely feel more prepared if the worst should happen and you can't put a value on that. Highly recommend.

Very happy with Sammy and the course. She explained everything in an easy way to remember. The course itself is helpful for every parent with a baby/toddler. Also, she went extra and taught us how to react in some situations with grown ups too. I would highly recommend Happy Heart First Aid course.

I would highly recommend Sammy’s face to face baby and child first aid session. The content was relevant and engaging and there were plenty of opportunities to practice on both baby and child mannequins. Sammy gave us the confidence to deal with a wide range of medical emergencies – thank you Sammy!

My family and I did one of Sammy’s child and baby First Aid courses and it was brilliant! As a first time mum it was such a useful and important class that covered all of the main causes of worry including choking, seizures, meningitis and CPR. She is great at her job and her classes as easy to grasp and methodical. She has CPR manikins and other equipment that help in practising what you learn in the class too. I would recommend her to anyone and will be getting her back as soon as I feel I need a top up!

Thank you so much Sammy for the fabulous zoom session. It was so useful and feel so much more confident now I've just started weaning my 6 month old little girl - extremely anxious! But knowledge is power! I would highly recommend everyone to partake either via zoom or face to face. Sammy kept my focus for the full 2hours. Thanks again. Zara

I attended a face to face session with Sammy today. She dealt with tough topics (especially for new parents) with sensitivity and made learning first aid enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Sammy.

Took a first aid class with Sammy before our first child arrived. The class was well organised and covered a lot in a really engaging and confidence-boosting way. We were on Zoom and Sammy was utterly brilliant at teaching remotely (and I have been to some very awkward virtual antenatal classes in my time...) so I can only imagine the in-person classes are even better. It made us feel much more confident about being able to deal with any potential injuries or accidents, and how to avoid them too. Highly, highly recommended.
