The waitress was very rude and mean to my friends and the other customers. Plus she wasn’t open for communication and she yelled at everyone. Never coming here again!

The worst service. One hour outside with a lot of free tables inside. They don't know where to bring pizzas. They cannot manage a restaurant at all.

Our experience in the restaurant it was bad in the beginning, they don’t allow big groups of people pay separately the bill, and one of the person that came first didn’t received us well. The drinks it were the last thing that they gave us. In other hand the food was good.

This is the biggest complaint I have ever written.
We had booked a table for 15 person, and then two more joint the party. When we showed up the staff was very sweet and told us that it wasn’t a problem.
We sit for a while and everyone decided what we wanted to drink and eat. A waiter came and took our orders, everything was fine. Drinks were served okay fast. From there everything went completely south.
We waited…. Waited… and then some more waiting. Two people have put in orders for a starter and then the food came, but it took about 45 minutes to arrive.
Then we waited and waited som more. The first person of the party went down to complain about the waiting. By then all of our drinks were emptied out, and we wanted to order some more. The agreement was that we weren’t to pay anything for those drink because we would leave otherwise. Once again some of the drink came okay fast, but two beers were forgotten, so we then again went down to complain. First after the food arrived the beers came.
After 1 hour and 40 minutes after we arrived the food was served to the first few people, unfortunately those dishes were pasta and we had no forks or knives on the table…. The rest of the food arrived within 10 minutes, and after that the cutlery arrived at the table… food at last. BUT two dishes were forgotten. It is a f….ing pizza restaurant, not gourmet. How hard can it be. The two person including a little girl, kept waiting for their food, and more complains were made - nothing happen. When the rest of us were more than halfway done, they decided that they didn’t want the food -the staff couldn’t care less and didn’t even apologise.
We were sitting on the third floor and eventually the guest of other parties left, but their plates were still on the tables as we left. The level of service and cleanliness was horrible and I have attached pictures that will tell you the exact same thing.
When some of the people in the party wanted to leave, we asked for the bill but we couldn’t spilt it up, therefor it was quickly decided that one payed and the we would transfer individually. We looked at the bill afterwards and that’s when we saw it wasn’t our bill.
On our logo it says “happy Italy - the fast Italian”
Well it is definitely not fast. And the service… well it wasn’t showing any form of happiness.

We would never recommend this place for anybody at all.

we ordered pasta and 2 pizzas everything was tasteless, barren, pasta overcooked. No taste of any, and above all basic spices like salt and pepper

Probably one of the worst restaurants i have ever experienced in my entire life and the grossest pizza ever.
First of all when we came in we were just sat down by one of the staff members without a menu we had to ask for it by our selfs.
After that we ordered bread but did not receive any bread as a starter we had to ask for that again.
My porn star martini mocktail tasted like some cheap sour lemonade from Lidl.
The pizzas we had were just revolting, and they were very hard to cut since they only provided some butter knives who were not sharp at all. The pizza consisted of an almost cold pizza crust and the tomato sauce was very dominant.
The pizza tasted like almost nothing except for some fat ingredients just smashed on there. It looked like somebody just randomly threw some meat and cheese on it and a huge dot of mascarpone in the center.
I completely lost my appetite and only ate half of my pizza.
My friend found a huge hard bone like thing on his pizza and almost threw up because of that. He found his pizza disgusting too and also only finished half of his pizza.
Don't go to Happy Italy, i tried it twice also in Arnhem.
One big mistake, never again thank you!

Not even one Star,1 hour waiting for order,then ask waiter what happened?answer-you did not order any food
