Disorganised or dishonest?
This company are either thoroughly disorganised or dishonest or possibly both. I placed an order with them via their website, received a confirmation email, and then nothing. After 10 days I sent a follow up email which bounced back. There is a chat function on the website which seems to be managed by AI. I got a response saying the order was in progress but with no indication of a delivery date. After some persistence with the chat I eventually got a response which appeared to be from a real person advising that the product was out of stock at the supplier with a link to their website as proof. But no apology offered, and the supplier’s website showed the product as being in stock! I have messaged via the chat several times to ask for clarity on whether they would be fulfilling the order or not and requesting a refund if the order was being cancelled but have received no response at all. Thankfully I had paid by credit card and the card company has agreed to refund me. All in all a very poor service
