Loving Happy Mammoth! I’ve been on this for a couple years now and has seriously helped me with my mood and bloat symptoms.

My husband purchased the prebiotic collagen powder and never used it. After being on a GLP-1 inhibitor, I was experiencing irregularity, which is a common side effect. Tried a half scoop of vanilla HM powder in my coffee and I can't do without it! I'm regular as can be with no other side effects, except for a delicious addition to my coffee. Definitely a keeper.

I tried the menopause tablets and then they changed it to these plus ones. And can I just say I only take 1 tablet a day. An it’s helped so much with brain fog, anxiety and mine was bad. Sleep, and feeling well in general. I have recommended it to as many women as I can who are going through menopause as I did not want to take HRT. I feel like I’ve got through the height of it and just loving life 🤗 🥰

Regulates gut health as for losing weight I dont see a huge difference.

Well I must say I was very sceptical about trying this product due to the price but it didn't disappoint. I am 49 and deep into perimenopause so I have been experimenting with lots of ways to help improve many of my symptoms over the past few years and I can safely say I think I have cracked it by using happy mammoths metabolic harmony! I am just about to finish my first bottle and because of how successful this has been I have ordered another 2 bottles. I am blown away by how good I feel, the best I have felt in years and feel more like me again. I noticed a difference within the first week but each week just got better. I am into my 4th week and I am so happy. I am using HRT patches which help well but so much more has improved by using the product. My focus and concentration has improved greatly which I really need for my job, foggy head is no more, my energy is just amazing, I am having black out sleeps which again haven't had for years. To top it off as all women at this stage of life know weight is harder to maintain but this really has curbed my sweet cravings helping me to have a healthier diet. I reached for an easter egg just to have one not because I was craving it and weirdly I just didn't enjoy it as much so never finished it......that blew my mind! My husband has really noticed a difference in my overall wellbeing and you just cant put a price on your health and wellbeing. I do wish it was a little cheaper but I also feel I am investing in myself at this time in my life. Absolute 5 star product ✨️

I used this in my coffee every morning & it helps with my IBS every day. I couldn't live without using this on a daily basis now & not being a breakfast person it's quite filling until lunch time
