Hormone Harmony has greatly improved hot flashes and mood
I've been taking the Hormone Harmony package for 2 weeks now. After reading several reviews I decided to start with one capsule per day of Hormone Harmony and Hormone Harmony plus and 1 serving of the prebiotic collagen protein. The first 2 days I experienced a headache but this cleared up the third day. At the end of the first week my hot flashes had decreased significantly from sweating like I was in a sauna several times a day to being slightly warm once or twice a day. My mood and energy improved significantly. By the end of the first week I could feel my mood slipping by the evening and I increased my intake to 2 capsules a day each of the hormone harmony and hormone harmony plus. My mood was steady throughout the second week. Hot flashes have stayed tolerable in severity and frequency. My hunger and stress eating have decreased and I've lost 3 lbs. Nothing drastic but I really wasn't expecting much weight loss based off of reviews. I plan to increase to the recommended dose of Hormone Harmony and Hormone Harmony plus this next week. Overall, I very satisfied with the results.

Life changing
Whilst I still take anti reflux medication I very rarely get reflux since starting the prebiotic collagen. I can eat pastry now and pretty much any foods- just not late in the evening. I take my powder everywhere I go!

Theses supplements are truly working!
These supplements are helpful and made my mood better and lighter. I also lost some weight although it took a couple of months and then it stopped again. But I feel good and found my favorites among all their products witch are many well put together supplements. I have a monthly subscription and it works just fine, you can change it whenever you want or skip a month without a problem. Their emails are many and easy to understand and they are always available if you need to contact them.
