They made it very easy and fast, the rate was fair.

The beginning of the process was great. Easy to apply and a fast approval turnaround. The loan funded, I was happy! I noticed the loan only partially funded, so I reached out. After a long time on the phone I was told my loan was not approved. I was confused. I said, yes it was, I have the approval letter and the loan was partially funded. The agents I spoke to had no record of the funds being deposited. After a few days, I was told the loan was not approved because I had my husband's income included as additional income. I was still confused -- why was not that correct in the application/underwriting process. I have almost a perfect credit score and ample income to support the loan. I was then contacted a few days later and told I need to immediately return the funds that were deposited. I told them I already used the funds for the purpose of the loan -- part of it anyway. I received a few threats. I told them, look, I spent the money for the debt consolidation and that I would definitely make the originally agreed to payments, however, I was not going to write them a check. More threats came. I told them they need to do better. There I was waiting for the entire loan to fund a couple weeks after the initial deposit, nobody ever reached out to me in any way, I had to reach out to them. Needless to say, I did not get to pay off all of the debt I wanted to as part of the process, just the one that was covered with the partial funding.

I've had a really hard time finding a suitable lender that is willing to give me a loan and a not outrageous one on top of that to be able to payoff all my credit card bills and I happen to get refer to Happy Money by Experian when I created an account with them. Happy Money got many loan options and it's pretty straight forward and with the loan shark (credit card companies) finally taken care of I feel much more relief and felt like a new beginning. I had debt I needed to consolidate so that I could get a fresh start from previous reliance on credit due to some hardships and tough times with my family. Overall, it will heavily reduce my total money spent, my credit is already up over 100 points, and I've learned how to use my money better. I was nervous that things wouldn't work out because of so many random reviews across many customers and platforms of different lenders and how it didn't work out, etc. but rest assured, happy moneys process was quick, simple, and done all online. Money came super fast and I am have relieved so much financial stress. Once this is paid off, I will be in an even better spot than ever in my life.

I was offered a loan at one of the lowest interest rates. I am apart of a credit union now, which is a very nice perk. Everything has gone very smoothly so far. I have not been able to talk to people, as of yet. But, the automated system has been pretty easy to navigate.
