My first experience
My first experience, I received someone else’s laundry. I made a call to get assistance and frankly the tone of the call was pretty much, it happens, just go with it. I’ve now cancelled.

more than half of my laundry was missing and when i brought it up they didn't really care. didn't deliver it for TWO DAYS. offered no refund. & didn't even deliver my clothes to the right place. the customer service is horrible

Hello, we are very sorry for the experience you have had and for the frustration the delayed drop off of part of you laundry cased. We see that tis service took place back on 10/31. You reached out to our customer support team after hours on 11/1 and advised that you were missing a portion of your laundry., We responded when the office reopened on 11/2, identified right away that one bundle was accidentally left behind at our facility. We then made arrangements to have that missing bundle retuned to you the next day. We could not return it on 11/2 as that was a Sunday and we were closed in your locale area. We the returned the missing bundle on 11/3 and refunded half of your order for the inconvenience of the delayed drop off a portion of you service. We have also addressed this with our driving team to assure an issue like this will not occur again in the future. We are very sorry again for the trouble this caused you.

Today I received my first service. It was truly excellent everything was packaged and folded beautifully. They exceeded my expectations.

horrible company
horrible people, horrible customer service. Refused to help me, lied, took advantage of me. Charged me double. When i asked if they could just do half of the laundry instead they said "no...we're not gonna sort through youre laundry"?? Like you're a laundry service? That's what you do? There are some truly evil people working at this place.

When you first signed up with HappyNest in 2020, our pricing was based on a per-pound model. In mid-2024, we transitioned to a flat-rate, per-bag pricing structure using standard 13-gallon bags. We shared multiple communications at that time to ensure customers were informed of this change.
During your 2024 service, one of the bags used was an older 30-gallon bag originally issued under the per-pound model. Because those bags are approximately twice the size of our current 13-gallon bags, they are counted as two bags under the updated pricing structure, which is why your invoice reflected that adjustment.
We understand pricing changes can be frustrating, and our goal was to provide clear explanations and consistent application of our policies. Our team remains available to review any additional questions or concerns you may have directly.

First time pickup
The efficiency with the app made drop off and pick up great. I however sent 35 hangers for 35 garments to be hung up and only 25 of them were hung. Also there was a pair of pants that were not enclosed in plastic when return. I will definitely use the service again and provide more details to my own preference.

Worth the money!
I was surrounded by laundry at 10 PM on Thursday night and I was overwhelmed trying to figure out how I’m going to get my life together. I logged in to the Internet, searched a laundry service, found Happy Nest and packaged a lot of laundry into trash bags, and it was picked up the very next day and delivered back Saturday clean and folded perfectly. I will be using them again. It took such a weight off of my shoulders and I am so happy I found them.

Happy Nest is a terrific company. Their service is very reliable and my laundry comes back carefully sorted, folded and ironed if necessary. The cost is affordable and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Missing laundry
I’ve used HappyNest in the past and never had any issues, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
I scheduled a pickup at my home, and everything started off as expected. My laundry was picked up from my door, and I received a confirmation photo. However, when my order was marked as delivered the next day, the photo provided was clearly not my front door.
Since then, I’ve tried contacting customer service but have not received a response. At this point, I have no idea where my laundry was delivered.
I’m really hoping this can be resolved quickly, as I’ve had good experiences in the past. But this situation — especially the lack of communication — has been very frustrating.

Happy Nest was a gift to me
Happy Nest was a gift to me. I used it to have a comforter and towels washed. I threw in a dress and a curtain. I was amazed that it was returned the next day. The comforter was beautifully cleaned as well as the rest of the wash.

We are very sorry about the odor you noticed when your order arrived. What you experienced can occasionally happen when items are sealed in our weatherproof protective plastic bags for transit. While these bags are used specifically to keep clothing clean, dry, and neatly folded during handling and delivery, in certain conditions they can sometimes trap heat which may have created that smell in this case.
We will review the bags currently being used so we can pin point this concern and make adjustments to our process.
