Arrived quicker than expected. Items are presents for a 9 year old boy and a 12 year old girl. Can't comment on games as not opened yet but they look promising.

A very entertaining puzzle that gave me a few days of trying to do, before giving it to my daughter who now sends me a picture every day of the relevant date.

The model was purchased for my husband as a gift. he was very pleased with the quality of the model itself, but found the instructions difficult to follow. He also had difficulty fitting the front tyres as he was worried about damaging the plastic mouldings and had trouble figuring out how to attach the exhaust.

It was easy to order, the order came quickly and was well packaged. I was kept informed when the package was in transit. But, most importantly, we have thoroughly enjoyed playing the Games!! The games and puzzles are different from "the run of the mill"!

Great quality and although we have done many many jigsaws ( average time is a cpl days for 1000 piece jigsaw) this one took a bit longer!

Let me first say i got the original order wrong by confusing the day of the month required. When i relaised i contacted customer service and pointed out my error. Recieved a responce the next day which "confirmed supplier had managed to change the date". At that point i was a very relieved and happy bunny. However, when it arrived it had been dispatched with the (original) wrong date. Contacted customer service to point this out and was informed to "leave it with them". As i had had no reply after a week or so i chased and asked if there had been any progress or if i should just take the hit and reorder. I have still to recieve a reply to this. So while i originally thought your customer service was the bee's knee's i and frustrated by lack of communication since then.

Searching site and order procedure always smooth. Delivery as stated. Item bought is for a gift later in the year so no comment but description on box looks exactly what I wanted.

Needed the help from you on phone. The lady I spoke to was really,really helpful. The service is so good
