I can't believe I've been scammed. You hear stories of people being scammed and think to yourself, that will never happen to me. I saw that Happy Scrub In is based in Australia, and so I thought it's safe to order from them. I ordered multiple scrub sets last early December. I've sent a few emails for updates about the order as it has not been sent for delivery yet. I've received excuses after excuses of why it wasn't sent yet (still hasn't ny end of February). When I asked for refund, they said they will refund me but will 30% taken off the total for admin fees etc..., which I've never heard from any other companies before. That is almost $100 off!

Ordered some scrubs that were listed as being ready for shipping on January 18th. By the 31st, I hadn't heard anything, so emailed them to cancel since it was taking too long.
They replied with a long winded email about how I can cancel, but it'll cost me 15% of the sale price - a tactic which is illegal under the ACCC. I informed them of the same, and the next day they replied saying they were processing my refund.
However, I noted that they DID subtract $5.90. Which appears to be the shipping fee ($14) minus the 10% discount they offered for new customers. Which is honestly just very weird. I replied back asking for my money and have had radio silence since.
Very scammy. AVOID at all costs.

Same experience as everyone else. Took 2 months to “ship” I continuously emailed and stated I no longer wanted them since they were taking to long. I asked for a refund and was declined. I never received the product or a refund. Definitely a scam.
Worst experience
Worst experience. Ordered christmas scrubs mid november for dispatch 1 december. Mid december no tracking so contacted company to be tokd delayed be patient. Finally got a tracking number. 3rd week december still no parcel, wrote again to company with no answer. Guess what 2 days before christmas no sign of my scrubs. Emailed again demanding refund. To late to wear so useless purchsse.
Will wait now to see if any reply. Scrubs $82 so not the cheapest. My advice give this company a wide berth and don't bother ordering from them.

Absolute disgrace of a business. They have false and misleading information on their website - they do not offer returns or refunds as stated on their website. The quality of these scrubs is disgraceful - they feel like you are wearing a raincoat with some kind of plastic coating. The customer service from Emma and Nikki, was a joke - rude and dismissive and at no point prior to ignoiring my reply emails, did they achnoweldge they had false and misleading information on their website. This business should be ashamed - ripping off healthcare workers. What a laugh. Reported. Don't waste your money.

I ordered Christmas scrubs from Happy Scrub In on 14 November — 3 scrub sets and 1 scrub top — and this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.
Two of the sets were advertised as “ready to ship from 17 November”. It is now 20 December and I still have not received them. There has been no valid tracking information, no updates to say they’ve even been shipped, and the tracking number provided is invalid. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam.
The other two sets stated they would ship from 1 December and they arrived on 16 December. However, I had already emailed multiple times before they were sent requesting cancellation due to the ongoing delays. By the time they arrived, there was little to no chance of wearing them for Christmas — the entire reason for my purchase. My cancellation requests were completely ignored and the items were sent anyway.
What makes this worse is that customer service was responding promptly until I asked to cancel. Since then, my emails have been ignored. They continue to push a 15% “processing fee”, even though the items hadn’t even been packed for shipment so what exactly “processing “ or action for my order have they done. This situation is entirely due to their own shipping delays, not any fault on my end. Taking money under these circumstances is unfair and not in line with Australian consumer law.
To add to this, the scrubs that did arrive are poor quality and not true to size.
This “small business” has taken my money, ignored my cancellation requests before items were packed, provided invalid tracking, and stopped responding to emails. I am still waiting on items that were meant to ship over a month ago.
I would strongly not recommend shopping with Happy Scrub In. Today is 20 December, and this issue still remains unresolved.

After reading the reviews I was not very confident that I would receive my order, but it came! I placed my order in October for pre-order Christmas scrubs. When it passed the date of estimated shipment in November I contacted the company, they apologised for the delay and offered to send a pair of compression socks as compensation. My order arrived on 12/12, without the socks. I’m just happy I got the order I paid for.

I feel like such an idiot ordering from this store, I bought some Christmas scrubs back on Nov 11th from seeing an add on Facebook. It’s now 2 whole weeks later and they sent me a tracking estimate that they won’t be here until the end of December. After doing some digging and seeing these reviews I don’t think I will ever see those scrubs… this site needs to be taken down !! MASSIVE SCAM !!

I didn't receive my order, then asked for a refund and was left with no answer. They try to look professional and at first reply to your messages/emails, then suddenly go no contact.

Two and half months without any package
Order placed at the end of July.
After a month with no movement on a tracking the order app I kindly wrote a question about the order.
First reply from a bot that they will look into it. Then came a survey about my opinion of the bot. Wrote my unhappiness (didn’t get to know anything and no help).
Then came a mail from some real human, said that the pants that I ordered (I ordered pants + print top) were from preorder and I have to wait before they send it.
At the beginning of September I wrote that I would like a refund of money since I didn’t see my order. Mailed me that they have so many orders that they will send it to me next month.
I knew for a long time that I won’t see any order or my money back but for the sake of it I wrote to them when the time of „sending my order” came (half through October), will see what an answer they’ll give this time.
If it would’ve been possible I’d give -1 star. Better toss your money on the street so someone random will find it than giving it to this scam company.

The shirts I received were of very low quality. I would not feel comfortable wearing them to work. The smallest size is also not true to measurements and very baggy. If you request a refund you will be ignored or you’ll receive a generic reply with no resolution. This company seems extremely dodgy.

They don't even deserve 1 star if it is not necessary to put a star in able to make a review. 0 Star. Ordered christmas scrubs from them but until February 2025 I didnt get what I ordered. The Yun express courrier they use didn't even try delivering the items and just abandoned the shipment afterwards. This is the worse ever seller that medical staffs shouldn't even waste their money in for. No wonder they don't have claim review site anywhere, the tiktok reviews aee probably the people that work for this company pretending it was all good stuff they got.
