Order a pet cushion for my son, paid extra for express delivery and received it within 24 hours! He was thrilled with it and it was great value for money (I got the large). The photo turned out great even though I messed with the brightness before uploading it.

I don’t tend to write reviews. I ordered wine labels for my Dad’s 80th. Had left it late and delivery was next day when paid for first class. Happy with that. The labels are just your normal printer labels you get in an office - I was hoping for something more glossy. Also the resolution of the pictures was not great and the picture cropping was not what I expected.

To use but disappointing to find personalised masks arrived not cut to size. Simply printed onto an A4 piece of card. I understood I would have to tread elastic onto them but felt at minimum they should have been cut to size.

I sent my choices of pictures across,they eere developed very good quality on poster paper for me great colour great quality, great value for money very happy 😊 with the product easy to do

I have bought a cushion with my cat's picture as a present for my husband and was delivered within couple of days. The quality is amazing, the material is soft and picture is very sharp. It will be a wonderful surprise when he opens his present. Highly recommend 👌

Poor quality prints on normal paper! Could have done this myself at home! Emailed company to get my money back as product not delivered to the standards I expected, customer service really poor and email response was laughable! Do not try and deny as I have all the evidence including email responses! Avoid this company at all costs, scam artists at work!!!

Received my order of patchwork quilting fabric photo patches.
Not only was the image quality very poor, they weren't even my photos, complete strangers.
Cannot call, only email so not impressed by customer service.
Rubbish company.

This is the first review I have ever written and feel I want to because of the negative reviews left by others. I was resigned to the fact that I would not get a response when I ordered a personalised hot water cover but the bottle was too big for the cover. However first thing this morning I received a response by email. It was a genuine mistake that the wrong size had been sent and without question they have posted the correct one out to me.....and told me to keep the larger one too!

Worst quality masks I have ever purchased. Colour all distorted on 1 set. Didn’t add enough elastic so can’t use 7 of them properly.
Eyes cut out are massive and look odd.
I’ve sent a few emails and no one is replying to me. I want a refund.

I wanted to leave this review due to quite a few not so good reviews. I am delighted with my order! It was so much better than I expected. I bought this hot water bottle for my avid cyclist husband and I'm sure he will love it when he receives it for our anniversary in a few days time. I received it promptly and the quality of the hot water bottle cover was excellent. I love it!!! The instructions to place the order were very easy to follow and I can only assume that the people who were not happy with their orders did not follow the simple instructions! I would definitely recommend.

Just received a XL mug photo of our pooch recently passed, very very pleased with product, reasonably priced 😃

My order is completely wrong. The photos are not in the right order. They are very quick to get the order out and respond but I have reported my problem and asked for a reprint as the order is critical and I have not heard anything yet. I am time poor for getting this corrected.
So very sad as it took me hours putting them all together in the right order.

I ordered a custom hot water bottle. I was skeptic at first, as there is many bad reviews saying the order didn’t arrive, but i decided to try my luck. Very fast service and delivery, would recommend.

I recently ordered a photo cushion and found the system easier than expected,I'm not very tec minded but managed fine.The cushion is great I am very pleased with it.but it is tge service that impressed me enough to write this review.
The cushion was for someone dying of cancer and not much time left.The cushion has photos of her horse which was very dear to her,I thought the cushion a way of bringing him close to her and she loved it.
The company made and dispatched it to me so quickly for which I am so grateful. I was interested to see the wide range of gifts available and will definitely use again.If I could manage it then anyone can.

Recently ordered 40 personalised hats for £45 and I am shocked at the poor quality of them. The hats are printed on paper, not card making them extremely poor quality.

There is no guidance on how to assemble the hats. I assume you are supposed to use Sellotape which will make them look even more pathetic. There are no holes to put the elastic in, but the paper hat would rip anyway.

I got these for a 30th birthday party but they are something a 5 year old out make.

I would expect as a bare minimum that they print on suitable card and not paper.

I recommend sourcing your personalised party gear elsewhere
