Scam!

I ordered a shirt from this store on 12/12/18 - the deadline so it can get shipped in time for Christmas. I never got an order confirmation email. They charged my card and processed payment, however on the website says it's currently processing on 12/17. It hasn't even been shipped! I tried contacting customer service and it goes straight to voicemail and they haven't responded by email.

On time of everything, I got charged an international fee... the company is based in Michigan.
