I bought a poster and it still haven’t come since a week today, and it said 2-5 days. No I didn’t buy it on my acc I believe.

It doesn't have an air drying feature that I expected it to have. I would like to return this item. How can I do that? I would appreciate it if you could send me a return label in the mail.
