HORRIBLE I ordered mid February and still didn't receive anything. I contacted them multiple times and they never responded. I will NEVER order here again. Apparently they just steal money.

Total scam

Total scam. Did not get the products and then Angelo said I would get a refund but never happened. Its been almost a year, so sadly I have to agree with previous clients that they steal money

HORRIBLE
I ordered mid February and still didn't receive anything. I contacted them multiple times and they never responded.
I will NEVER order here again.
Apparently they just steal money.

I wish I could rate this 0/5. Basically stole 73 euro from me. I ordered in November 2024 and haven’t recieved anything nor have any of my emails been replied to asking where the order is. A scam! I see why you have a 1,4 star rating. Disgraceful business

HappyVape.nl is a scam

Avoid HappyVape.nl as much as possible!!! I am still missing an order placed in January !!!
There is no one ever responding to queries ...
DO NOT USE HAPPYVAPE.NL THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY

Ordered about five weeks ago received…

Ordered about five weeks ago received email to say that payment was received but after many messages no orders have been delivered I have messaged every day for about a week now and no response don't order anything from them they take your money but don't follow up scammers

Good service turned VERY bad

Received multiple orders over the last 2-3 years without problems.
Ordered and paid 27th Oct 2024, Nov 27th they promised it was shipping that week......since then the product hasn't arrived and they haven't responded to a SINGLE email.

Would strongly advise people NOT to order from them at the moment.

Terrible

Terrible. Used to be terrible before with at least 30 days or so waiting time.. now they do not sent anything at all. Pure scam!!!

It’s been more than a month I have been…

It’s been more than a month I have been waiting on my order.
They sent out a newsletter saying they were sorry but they are restocked now and they will attend to the delayed orders and we can write to them with or order number.

I sent at least 10 emails and no response. They owe me 200 euros

I have been they customer for years and this is how loyalty is rewarded

Order 15623 not delivered

I ordered before with them several times and never had problems with them, I was happy with their products. I recently purchased an order on 24/10/24, got payment reception confirmation, and never received track and trace email. I have written to them several times, it was more than 100 eur order. This now seems to be a scam sadly.

patience all you need

this is a modified review. formerly, i gave them 1 star due to not shipping, nor communicating. Now, after more than 2 weeks of my order, I had received my package, with an extra 2 pieces of gummies. True, that the piece i received did not seem full, also not in a box. So they are not thieves at all, but patience is all you need.

A lot of hold up and barely no contact

I got a lot of complaints about the delivery time and the messy customer service besides that did they postpone my delivery date by 4 days (because of the late packaging and sending) after it was “sent” i didn’t receive no type of track and trace mail for 2 whole days because it didn’t arrive at the PostNL’s central point and after it arrived at the central point it got delayed AGAIN but eventually i got what i asked for (with a lot of hold up)
