This doesn't sound right. If you say you ordered and didn't receive your code share your order number in the support email, change the review to 5*. If you don't email support the code will just go to waste like that since it must be delivered.

Haha, sorry for the pain we are not a selfish company, the extra is the Forex fees when we need to convert Naira to other currencies so we can pay our suppliers for the gift cards, the fees are matched to the current rates particularly USD rates offered by Nigerian banks which is slightly higher from the one from search engines. Alternatively you can try the app it might be slightly cheaper.

Excessive unnecessary charges
The owners of this platform are very greedy buying giftcard of $10 at normal black market rate they still included #4000 fee for internal fx charges according to them but you end up paying through bank transfer what a rip off unless you have plenty money to waste
