Beware of this online shop Harbour & Co
Beware of this online shop, THEY CAUSED ME AND MY HUSBAND DISTRESS ON CHRISTMAS DAY
REASONS:
1.) My order can't be found in their online shop - I can only see it in SHOP platform.
2,) Can NOT TRACK MY ORDER
3.) NO CONTACT NUMBER, NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS - CONTACT IS THRU EMAIL ONLY.
4.) NOT FROM SYDNEY - but it says on their about page - Harbour & Co Sydney.
5.) RECIEVED ONLY 2 PIECES RINGS OUT OF 4 PIECES OF RINGS AND 4 PIECES OF BRACELETS, I ORDERED AND PAID FOR AND ALSO ARRIVED TOO LATE - OUTSIDE OF THEIR 14 DAYS DELIVERY GUARANTEE.
6.) Their email contact person named Emily REFUSED to cancel my order that I did not receive on time and complete AND REFUSED to send me a paid postage stamp so I can return the 2 pieces of rings. She refused to honour their delivery guarantee. She was saying the order is on it's way. She stated that I should WAIT FOR THE REST OF MY ORDER OR PAY FOR THE COST OF POSTAGE IF I OPT TO RETURN THE 2 PCS. OF RINGS. The set of 4 rings and bracelets were supposed to be our Christmas gifts we needed on our family Christmas Eve dinner. SO WE ALREADY BOUGHT REPLACEMENT GIFTS AND NO LONGER NEEDED THEM EVEN IF THEY ARRIVE. But it's the 30 December now - still nothing.
7.) They accused me of FRAUD - TWISTING THINGS AROUND.
I emailed Emily on the 26 Dec. telling her that I will continue to dispute the transaction through our credit provider because they ARE NOT HONOURING THEIR 14 DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEE. The following night on the 27 December, when I opened my email, the first thing I read was that she referred me to thier FRAUD TEAM because apparently, she REFUNDED ME ( PLEASE NOTE -I didn't know that she apparently sent me a refund after I informed her that I am disputing the transaction. And please NOTE: NO REFUND WAS RECIEVED BY ME NOR MY CREDIT PROVIDER.
She also stated on her email - THAT, I SHOULD CANCEL MY DISPUTE BECAUSE I AM COMMITTING "FRAUD." This online merchant SHOULD BE STOPPED. The NOT only FAILED TO DELIVER BUT THEY ALSO CAUSED US A LOT OF DISTRESS.
I saw Harbour & Co 's online shop while looking for meaningful gifts for my daughter and daughters-in-law. I found their online shop with the story of "Olivia" a cancer survivor and that the company helps the BREAST CANCER SUPPORT. On the 10 December 2025, I ordered 2 X sets of 2 pieces of rings and 2 pieces of matching bracelets. I RECEIVED ONLY 2 PCS OF RINGS AND SENT TOO LATE, OUTSIDE THEIR 14 DAYS DELIVERY GUARANTEE.
They are under the platform of SHOP, from which i have previously ordered from with no problem. I thought this online company is from Australia because in one of their page, their about us page, it says "Harbour & Co Sydney." So, I thought they were local. But I found out after placed and paid my order and DID NOT GET AN EMAILED DETAILS OF MY ORDER, I went back to SHOP and noted my order number and details. Then I went back to their website harbourandco.com to my surprise WHEN I ENTERED MY ORDER NUMBER, I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING " ORDER CANNOT BE FOUND."
To date - 30 December 2025 NO DELIVERY from Harbour & Co has been received.
I WILL GIVE HARBOUR & CO WAY BELOW ZERO RATING AND I WILL BE MORE CAREFUL NOW BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE.
