I purchased a 2-for-1 watch package

I purchased a 2-for-1 watch package, but only received one item. The second watch never arrived. I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times via email and have received no response whatsoever.

Customer service is extremely poor, and there has been zero communication or accountability from their side. At this point, it feels like I’ve been completely ripped off.

I would not recommend this company to anyone

Not particularly durable at all.

It is important to stress that this review is not aimed at any staff, packaging, postage or anything like that.

I got the sport model in January as the price was good and the both the weight and functionality suited me - although it is important to add that it is very basic and some of the personal health data it gives is just not accurate.

I normally work in some areas where you need something more rugged and this seemed like a no-brainer. Within a few days the bar that holds the strap came out while I was walking but was fortunate to see it. It was an early red flag but I liked it and cracked on. A few days ago the bar snapped completely and that was tha. It hadn't been dropped, hit or whatever else etc and it feels like a let down.

The advert with a track vehicles going over the watches to prove durability just seems a bit amusing now.

I bought a H H Watch before easter…

I bought a H H Watch before easter 2026.

Received it last week

Set the watch up paired watch with my S23+ all good.

I could monitor my heart rate over night as i have A F.

2 days later the app stopped working ( it froze) had to go through the whole process again all good except i could no longer see my heart rate over night .

Have unstalled and re installed app twice and still cant see what my heart rate was over night.

Totally unhappy and i guess you get what you pay for

Hardhat Watches Australia - Buyers beware!

I purchased 2x hardhat watches in Nov 2025, and in Feb 2026, one of them stopped working. After 25 emails back and forth hardhat have been extremely difficult to deal with when returning my product to them. Refusing to provide an actual return address, under international postage laws, customers are required to obtain a person's name, company name, a physical address, not a P O Box, and a business phone number. After almost 10 emails, this information finally came through. If you want to return your hardhat watch send it to:

None of this information is readily available on their website.
Hardhat informed me that once my product was returned to them, they would process a refund within 48hrs.
My product was delivered to hardhat on the 20/03/2026, and I am still waiting for communication and a refund. My advice to new customers,
Don't buy any products from this company, their service and products are terrible! BTW Johnny, don't bother responding to this I've already dealt with 10+ staff members from hardhat!

Scam just selling rebranded Chinese tat from AliExpress at 5x the price.

Almost fell for the hard sell on thier website and adverts all over social media..it is currently buy one get one free so 2 watches for £150 for the hard hat foreman. Decided to look on YouTube for some reviews and found they are just cheap rebranded Chinese watches selling for as little as £25 on eBay or AliExpress. So you could buy 5 for the price of the 2 on offer direct from hard hat themselves. Glad I did some research.

Absolute Terrible Customer Service

My partner brought me a watch as a gift. They are meant to be rated IP68 Standards for water, so roughly 30mins. I literally dove into a river and surfaced and the watch decided water was too much and kicked the bucket. Started spazzing out and then fully died. Decided hey it is still under the 90 returns and the warranty. I will reach out the company. Took them 2 weeks to respond to my email and then they asked for generic photos and videos... fair enough. Replied with the information. Waited another week and a half, sent a follow up email. They sent me another generic please submit photos and videos of the watch... I had already sent those. I sent them again. Almost 2 weeks later and still waiting on a reply. So terrible customer service and will be reporting to ACCC. Do not buy as it is just doesn't meet any of its own standard. This is still an ongoing issue that is yet to be resolved.

Yea they have made their money

Yea they have made their money. Do not buy this product. First watch won't charge second watch went bright screen after 2 months and wouldn't reset. They are second class watches

Watch broke after two months after on…

Watch broke after two months after on going emails we come to the conclusion that a replacement watch will be sent out.
With no info on this replacement I emailed again only to find out they had blocked my email. Probably one of the worst companies iv delt with.

Disappointed purchase

For the price im abit disappointed. Lovely sturdy watch. No worse nor better than a cheaper off brand watch with the same features. My biggest issue is having to recharge it every 3-4days.

Purchased 3 watches , 2 lasted 12 months only and just stopped working? Band is ok but the clip that holds band is crap. Would not purchase again and they are 4 times cheaper elsewhere.

Fake advertising it does not work as advertised they told me they sending out replacements in batches !!!!!!!!!! It’s rubbish now they want to charge ME FEES to send back something that doesn’t do what they say !!!!! BUYER BE VERY AWARE ITS NOT WHAT THEY ARE SAYING

Outstanding Customer Service

Hi I bought a Big Rig and me being me I ask lots of questions. Mick and the team were extremely patient with me and guided me to the best option for me. The service I received was second to none.
