Lehila was absolutely brilliant all the way through, it was a very difficult process from offer accepted to getting completed but she really went above and beyond to help get us over the line. Thank you Lehila!!

The Hardisty team were all professional and excellent from the start of our house purchase but especially Lehila our Sales Progressor. When things seemed to be stagnating with the solicitors, Lehila checked with either or both solicitors to make sure they knew what information or request for information they had been sent, and so ensured progress was made. This really helped to ensure that the purchase went through within the 10 weeks we had scheduled from acceptance of offer to completion.

This house chain was a nightmare with my first time buyers making multiple visits, inspections and their solicitors making enquiries as late as week 14. Roxy was brilliant at keeping everyone in the loop and their client aware of the reasons for delay. Jack was especially helpful too, getting the sale over the line when their seller finally gave a 24hr ultimatum. Great teamwork

This was our first house we was buying and I was nervous about how overwhelming the process may have been. Hardisty have made the experience the complete opposite. The staff were so helpful and professional. Chloe was amazing and kept us all up to date with our house and responded very fast to any questions we had. We made an offer immediately after the viewing. Negotiations were handled quickly and efficiently by Luke. As soon as our offer was accepted Hardisty kept their word and didn’t allow any more viewings which allowed us peace of mind to proceed quickly to completion. Chloe was our liaison person between us and the vendors. She was amazing. Polite, efficient and understanding. All the things my own solicitor was not! Josh and the team at the Ilkley office were fantastic. The property had been in the market for a good while but once Josh took over they got the sale moving and were very helpful in getting us to exchange of contract stage despite some difficulties with the legal process. I can really recommend them if your selling in the Ilkley area
