Despite being involved in a chain which included some inept conveyancing solicitors, Lehila Owen was supper efficient, responsive and helped the process through to completion.

I recently sold my rental house in Rodley, using Hardisty's. Having sold a number of time's over recent years I can honestly say Hardisty's we're very professional and worked throughout the sales process. From Danny's valuation, Ben's sales/viewings and Roxy's post sale they were all great. Not living locally, they were happy to do things outside of their role such as checking heating systems, taking meter readings, etc.

Moreover, unlike a lot of estate agents, Roxy is a dedicated post sales person, who gave me weekly updates and an alternative route to contact the buyer/his solicitor when there were any issues.

I would definitely recommend them.

Finally secured our move in December 2025 after a drawn out process, which Hardisty managed throughout. Lehila Owen kept the chain active when our buyer pulled out, enabling us to find a new buyer and keep things on track. We were also able to view the house before it went to onto the market, enabling us to secure the deal early.

Buying a house is always a long and stressful process but Hardisty spoke to all parties and kept things moving, ensuring we moved on our agreed moving date.

We had a really good experience with Lehila as sales progessor for our purchase. Communication was clear throughout, Lehile was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The process felt well managed, which helped reduce our stress during what can be a complicated process, especially for FTBs. Would happily recommend.

From first putting an offer in to moving in 6 months later, I was always kept up to date and reassured that things were progressing from Roxy at Hardisty and Co. With being a first time buyer, I wasn’t too sure about the whole process but Roxy was always able to answer any questions I had and nothing was ever an issue. Overall, we had a great experience. The valuation stage was very thorough, the selling stage was painless, with the team handling everything for us including viewings and the progression stage went as well as it could, with the team supporting us with several unexpected complications along the way. We didn’t give 5 stars as some discussions with our buyers could have been handled better but we still managed to get our dream home at the end of it. Thanks team!

Throughout the process from initial viewing to purchase. All enquiries were carried out efficiently. Including second and third viewings. Also any questiones that were needed to be put to vendor were normally answered same day. If left voicemail was also dealt with at earliest opportunity. All staff that I spoke to were very friendly which makes the whole process alot less stressful

From Luke in sales to Roxanne helping guide the purchase through, the team have been great. It was in theory a simple purchase which then took some time due to the fact this was a flat. Roxanne was across this throughout and very helpful, would recommend Hardisty.

We’ve just sold our house with Hardisty in Horsforth and they have been amazing from start to finish. The whole team are knowledgeable and always happy to help. We couldn’t have asked for more from our Sales Negotiator, Luke. He kept us informed every step of the way and responded to any queries promptly. The sheer effort of Lehila, one of the sales progressors at the Horsforth branch was phenomenal. We were in the middle of a chain of 6 ( and one sale also had to purchases). There were delays and issues along the way but throughout Lehila's professionalism shone. She worked tirelessly to get the completion across the line keeping in touch with other agents, our buyer and solicitors . All in all Lehila was amazing!
