Slow delivery and very poor customer service
Slow delivery and very poor customer service. Bought some climbing shoes that the pull strap broke on the first try on. They then made me wait for them to open a warranty claim with the manufactuer, and then once sent back I need to wait for them to send them over to manufactuer? No replacement or offer to refund once they receive them back? So I'm £130 out of pocket, with no new climbing shoes and just waiting....Will not buy from them again
EDIT: they replied below, but never actually contacted me. All just for show, they don't care about customers

First time purchase went well
Not used Hardloop before, so was a little uncertain. However, the order process for a pair of climbing shoes was straight forward and delivery was well communicated (and on time). Would use again, as both price and delivery were good.

Incompetent Customer Service
Horrendous customer service and experience. Order was delayed with no update. When I initiated finding out what happened they offered a refund as the item was not in the warehouse and wouldn't be for 6 days. I accepted the refund within one hour, and the next day, over 24 hours later, they had sent out the product, in complete contrast to what has been said, and completely ignoring my written request for the refund. Do not use this website.
Update: the ongoing communications to get this refund is appalling, with people failing to take accountability for their actions. The parcel should not have been sent in the first place so your response Guillaume is nothing short a joke.

Shoes took weeks to arrive. If I had needed them for an upcoming event it would have been too late. Luckily my trek in NZ is a month away. Definitely wouldn’t order again from website, sorry.
