I tried to order a pair of boots I liked in my usual size 11.5 when Helen was kind enough to reach out to me with a size chart to make sure that the size I was getting was the one I wanted. I quickly learned that I needed to go a full size up. It took about a couple of months for them to come but Helen was forthcoming with this info from the start as they had to be made in the size I was ordering. I had my doubts as it was my first time ordering from this company. However Helen was very commutative throughout the process and answered any questions that I had. I’m very happy with my boots which are very comfortable, as well as the customer service of this company. Thank you so much for my new unique and comfortable boots I was searching for :)

never ever again..........these cheap pincushions took me for a 60 dollar scam. I ordered a XXL shirt and got an extra small without a tag. then when I emailed them back they sent me a 10 dollar coupon. WT F ????? ( i had to clean this up so i could complain)
then they leave a phone number to call which turns out to be a shipper in new jersey. so these cheap pincushions are not to be trusted.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Took a little bit longer to get my order, but I was notified and Apologized to for the delay. I got the blouse I ordered in time for the event I was wearing it to and let me tell you. I got compliments upon compliments about it . Would definitely order from here again!! 💙💙

We needed to make a size exchange and the process was very easy and smooth, everything we ordered arrived together safely. The fit of items is very true to the size charts and we are very happy with everything!

I ordered the chain body harness with the skull and mesh arm warmers. This is my 2nd purchase from Hard n Heavy. I have also gotten a studded hat from them and something else (can't remember rn). Very happy with the quality, especially the harness. It seems very well made and actually fits large variety of body types. A lot of harnesses are not so completely adjustable. The company notified me there was a backlog of orders and shipping would be delayed, and sent me a $10 discount code. I really appreciated that. So many online stores never inform customers of a delay, which can be frustrating. Love the site and I am always happy with the products. Ty!

Clothes fit great! Sturdy quality, will last a long time. Was worried it would be lowly costume quality but that is not the case, it took a while to get here but was worth the wait. Great shop

I bought this dress and it is perfect. It's a very good quality and the size is fitting relating to the size chart.

fair play to the guys. I bought a punk Kilt . great product and loved it . I'm a 34 waist in a trouser with comfort so ordered a 35 inch waist for the Kilt which was Medium Medium sizing. far too small but they accepted this even though it was my mistake and I returned the item for a FAR bigger size in an M 2XL and this size is probably equivalent to a 42 inch waist and it fits perfect. Insane but real. Bought a different kilt from a different supplier and had the same sizing issue but they refused to refund or swap so be wary of RETURNS POLICY.

Quality of clothes were great and well worth the price! Everything fit exactly and looked beautiful. My one complaint was a mix up with the orders that caused a delay, but other than that I'm looking forward to ordering from them again!

This dress fit perfectly and is absolutely the quality I hoped for.

I made a sizing mistake during my order but the customer support team was more than helpful when guiding me through the return and replacement process :) It may take some time; please give them the benefit of the doubt when ordering from abroad!

Amazing brand! I ordered a blazer a year ago and recently bought a dress, and I’m still just as satisfied.

The brand’s style is gothic, punk, and alternative, which makes it really unique and perfect for anyone who wants to stand out. The quality is definitely there, especially considering how affordable the prices are. There’s also a huge selection on the website, so there’s something for everyone.

Shipping is excellent fast, carefully packaged, and it arrived within just a few days, even though I’m based in France.

Not to mention the team, who are incredibly kind, responsive, and truly attentive to their customers it really makes a difference.

I ordered boots in size 43. Shortly after, I received an email asking me to confirm the size, along with a size chart. According to the chart, the European size 43 did not match, and I should have ordered size 46 instead.

In the correspondence, they promised to resolve the issue if the boots didn’t fit, but that wasn’t necessary — the boots arrived and fit perfectly. I’m satisfied with the quality, and the delivery was very fast.

Overall, everything is great, but I’ll take off one point due to the confusion with the size chart.

I purchased a pair of sandals for £53 in February and it's March and I still haven't received the item I've written them 2 emails after the 1st email they tried that trick of sending me a cheap 10% voucher with some hollow apologies saying that there so called partners were on some kind of holiday and they are returning and will process my order. I finally got some reply after I said I was going to make buyers beware they then said because I hadn't filled in my email address that's what caused the delay which I find very strange all I will say is if I get a delivery I'm not expecting much it's taking over a month terrible not recommended.
