I love the look of the sunglasses and they are comfortable. I would have given them 5 stars; however, my husband said that neither pair sits on my face straight. Not sure why!

I wish I would have known that my order was coming from the United Kingdom .I ordered the item on June 29th, and as of today I have still not received them.

I just received my order, which took a full 30 days to arrive. The product is "as described" but whether it will deliver the promised results remains TBD.

Kept me informed about shipping but took one star off because it took quite a long time to receive it. Otherwise I am happy!

Two of the lights don’t work. We switched out the batteries in case they were defective but to no avail. My husband loves the two that do work.

Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After numerous emails back and forth with Hardpointing, customer service did nothing except repeatedly send me links to third-party tracking websites and a generic “proof of delivery” document instead of meaningfully investigating the issue.

Despite explaining multiple times that I never received the package, Hardpointing refused to open a proper investigation with the carrier, refused to send a replacement, and refused to issue a refund. Instead, they repeatedly insisted the matter was closed.

Customer service is measured by how a company responds when something goes wrong. In my experience, Hardpointing failed completely. If your order is lost or there’s a delivery problem, don’t expect this company to stand behind its customers.

I will not purchase from Hardpointing again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I contacted the seller and let them know I was moving. They made sure to have my package delivered to my new place. Thank you!

The product will be fine but I think the shipping took much longer than necessary.

Found a product I wanted, but the wait is long...

Love the compressed towels! I have already used one to remove my make up. Perfect size too! I can’t wait to pack them in my suitcase for our upcoming travels.
Delivery was pretty quick also.

From what you show in the video and what you get are two different things. In the video you show these BIG tote bags. What you get you might be able to put a set of sheets in it and that is it. Honestly I thought I was getting the BIG tote bags. And I have 3 orders of these and all I’m getting is what you could use for makeup. You really should redo your video and truly show the size of tote bags you’re getting. You can’t even put a doll on these. They are not big enough. What you show in the video is NOT what people are getting. False advertisement!!!!!!

DO NOT purchase anything from this company! The are listed on Google as scammers! From experience!

2. Husband can't figure it out and he's not stupid.
3. Very flimsy. Looked better on line.

I didnt realize it was being shipped from overseas. I thought it was an American product, very disappointing. Also when you look at advertising for this product it appears that you are getting the magnetic one AND the unmagnetic one in a nice box I could use as a.gift. all I got was the .magnetic one in just a shipping envelope! Very disappointing

I appreciated the updates, although the delivery took longer than I expected.
