While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Hark Tech is a UK-based independent repair workshop specialising in electronics, PCB-level repair, and 3D printer servicing — with deep expertise in Creality K2 and K2 Plus printers running Klipper firmware. We fix the things most shops won't touch. Where the manufacturer's answer is "buy a new one," we offer board-level diagnosis, component-level soldering, reflow, and full diagnostic services. For 3D printers, we handle everything from mechanical issues and electronics faults to firmware tuning, input shaper calibration, and Klipper configuration. Alongside the repair workshop, we develop tools for the K2 community — including K2 Backup, a free utility for safely backing up Creality K2 printer configurations, and a growing library of guides covering common K2 problems, Klipper patches, and calibration walkthroughs. What we offer: Electronics & PCB repair (board-level) 3D printer repair, diagnostics, and tuning Klipper firmware support and configuration Free quotes on most jobs, honest advice on whether something is worth fixing Free community tools and guides at harktech.co.uk We're based in the UK and accept mail-in repairs nationwide as well as local on-site work. Fantastic and great customer service

I had an issue with my laptop and was quoted a lot of money elsewhere just to have a look. Grant was very upfront and transparent with how much it would cost and it was very reasonably priced too! I sent in my laptop and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. He also noticed my laptop needed some thermal paste, sent me images to show me what mine looked like and offered to do this for me whilst he had it. He said I didn't have to have it done and was clear it was just a suggestion but after my approval, he did it for me too. The laptop was sent back to me in great condition, he even gave it a little clean for me free of charge! As an added bonus he has a fantastic help section on his website for common issues. Highly recommend his services and will definitely be using him in the future.
