My wife bought me a guitar for Christmas however due to surgery I had been in hospital until late January, when I got home a few days ago I plugged in my new guitar only to find the tremelo system is awful and unusable putting the whole guitar out of tune every time, my wife contacted Thomann and they said all they would do is offer a percentage around 30% for the guitar and sent back to Germany at my expense, saying the Tremelo is not damaged, it just doesn't work properly on the guitar so not a fault, however there was zero indication to this on their website, I have since seen on Reddit and YouTube that its a manufacturing fault for this model, but they were not interested, I have bought 5 other guitars from them in the past, I will no longer use them and feel scammed, i only asked for this Strat like guitar because I wanted the Tremelo system.

This is only regarding the website, not the guitars made by the company.

Left a suggestion on 28th of November (last year), then followed up on the 2nd of January just in case and finally got a reply today that says: "Yeah, so that suggestion/feedback you spent so much time putting together and typing. We don't have it. Didn't even bother to store it anywhere".

How do you screw up the one and only function "Contact" page has? This is simply beyond me.
