Decent Customer Service, But Misleading and Predatory Practices

Customer service is decent, and the company is generally easy to work with — on the surface. But here’s what they don’t tell you: they prey on people who don’t fully understand what they’re signing up for.

Don’t be fooled when they claim they check your labs to determine if you’re eligible for TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). They don’t care what your levels are. Mine were low, and as someone who didn’t know how the process worked at the time, I went for it. Here’s how the pricing breaks down:
• $80 for Labs — Fair enough, this is around standard pricing.
• $180 for the First Month — You get one vial and the necessary supplies.
• $180 for the Second Month — You get nothing.
• $180 for the Third Month — You get nothing again.
• $180 for the Fourth Month — You get another vial.

Let’s do the math:
• Your first vial costs $180.
• Every vial after that costs $540 (since you’re charged $180/month but only receive a vial every 3 months).

Each vial lasts about 3 months at a normal dosage, so why are you paying $180 every month? And to make matters worse, they only send you a receipt for the first payment — after that, no receipts, likely so you don’t realize you’re stuck in a subscription where you’re charged monthly but receive nothing in return.

Bottom line: you’re paying monthly for nothing. It’s not transparent, and it feels like a scam.

Never trust a TikTok influencer with your health. Whether your testosterone levels are normal or low, they’ll push TRT either way — because it’s not about your health, it’s about profit.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable about the TRT treatment. I have trusted them every step of the way and I would recommend them to anyone. I’m just getting ready to start treatment so I’ll leave another review in three months or so.

Pat Henrymed , now Harleymed patient. So far I’ve had an excellent experience with Harley Meds. They do a more thorough blood work exam and the customer service was great start to finish. Told them I had HenryMeds they checked that blood work, they got me switched over and approved quickly and in a timely manner. They gave a veterans discount which I appreciate. My reason to stepping to Harley was 1: Henry had awful customer service and 2: 2 injections a week allowed for no low days. Highly recommend
