We ordered an electric vehicle gate and pedestrian gate in May 2021 for our school. It didn't even last a year before there was a fault. After this, if you don't pay into their expensive packages, all faults and issues are at your cost. The faults have been endless. The costs of repairs has been over £5000 on parts and that's not including labour or call out charges to figure out the problems. The pedestrian gate was identified as being unsafe in our recent health and safety audit by the locals authority due to the way the hinges had been fitted and this created a pinch point for fingers.
When you get quotes for gates, Harling will look favourable. However in the long run it has cost us a fortune and I would not recommend or use again.

Harling Security install an automatic gate for our school. They are a great company to deal with, very helpful and professional and great product and end result. The aftersales service and ongoing maintenance and gate servicing is also highly recommended. They regularly do a first fix repair with any problems, where previous companies i have used, the repairs and fault finding hasn't been nearly as good as Harling Security.
